Update

Idle bot conversations are no longer impacted and are now closing automatically again. Any idle conversations which should have been closed will be closed retroactively. The following services continue to be impacted:
- WhatsApp conversation statuses (sent, delivered, read) are not updating in real time

Identified

We have identified an issue causing degraded performance in the Glassix web application and we are currently working towards a resolution.

The following services are impacted while we work to resolve the issue:
- WhatsApp conversation statuses (sent, delivered, read) are not updating in real time
- Idle bot conversations are not closing automatically

In addition, any open bot conversations where the bot failed to respond will have to be restarted manually. This can be done by starting a new conversation with the bot, or by responding to the bot again.
