We are closing this issue for now as Azure, our third-party provider, has indicated that the issue is largely resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will post future updates here as necessary.

Azure, one of our third-party cloud datacenter providers, has confirmed a widespread service outage. We are currently monitoring the situation, please follow along with the Azure Status Page for updates.
If you are having issues connecting to Glassix with your normal URL, please use yourworkspace.glassix.co instead. This URL will connect you to our alternate servers, which are not impacted.

Update
We currently believe the issue is due to a widespread Azure service outage in the European region, where our primary servers are located.
We are continuing to monitor the issue, and we recommend continuing to use the glassix.co domain for the time being as it is hosted with an alternate service provider.
